Tonia Vargas
Tonia Vargas is the Founder and Executive Director of Just Believe Personal Enrichment Corp. She holds an Associate Degree in Human Services and brings years of experience as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA), Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), and in case management, human services, customer service and community outreach. Guided by her faith and God-given purpose, Tonia is passionate about restoring hope, empowering individuals, and connecting people with the resources and support needed to build better lives. Her belief is simple: Everyone deserves someone who believes in them.

Nevin Ward
Nevin Ward serves as Project Manager for Just Believe Personal Enrichment Corp. With experience as a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) and an extensive background in program management, he brings strong leadership, valuable community connections, and a passion for developing impactful outreach programs. With a servant’s heart and an unwavering commitment to making a difference, Nevin is a loyal and dedicated leader focused on building community relationships, expanding access to resources, and creating meaningful opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Dajsheonna White
Dajsheonna White serves as Executive Assistant for Just Believe Personal Enrichment Corp. With a heart for God and a genuine passion for helping others, she is dedicated to serving individuals and families through meaningful community outreach. Currently pursuing a degree focused on understanding human behavior and supporting individuals, Dajsheonna brings strong communication, organization, administrative support, and interpersonal skills to her role. Her compassionate spirit, willingness to serve, and commitment to making a difference reflect her belief that serving others is more than a responsibility—it is a calling.
